* Warranty details

○Journey Instruments provides a limited warranty (limited warranty, see below) only to customers who purchase new products through an authorized dealer, and this warranty is _d04a07d8-9cd1-3239-9149-20813d6c673b. is not possible.

○ Journey Instruments Inc. guarantees the body and neck of the guitar/bass/ukulele and the detachable structure of the neck of the travel bag guitar only against breakage or failure due to normal use.

 

○ Journey Instruments Inc guarantees the pickup and special backpack only against damage or malfunction due to normal use for one year from the date of purchase.

The warranty is provided only to the person who purchased the product from an authorized retailer, so please register as a user and keep the receipt/receipt.

 

*Not covered by warranty

○ Consumable parts and aging (strings, nuts, bridges, frets, pegs, cloudy paint, cracks, pick scratches, scratches and peeling of metal plating, etc.).

○Failure/damage caused by the following (negligence, modification, misuse, storage/use in an environment with inappropriate temperature/humidity, maintenance by a contractor other than the designated company, use below the specified string height).

○ Problems caused by preferences regarding sound quality, etc.

*After-sales support

○ For initial defects, please contact us within 7 days after the product arrives. Please note that we cannot respond to initial defects after 7 days have passed.

○ For repairs covered by the warranty, it may take several days to send the product to the manufacturer for repair.

**LIMITED WARRANTY**

J.ourney Instruments Limited (“Journey”) warrants that the goods upon delivery will be free from defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty applies only to new purchasers of Journey products from an Authorized Dealer and is not transferable.

 

Our warranty includes:

 

1) The following products and parts are covered by warranty:

a. String instrument bodies, necks, and detachable neck parts: warranted for the life of the product.
b. Products such as electronic components and amplifiers, pickups, conversion elements: 1 year warranty c. Musical instrument bags and cases: 1  year warranty under normal use

2) Warranty does not apply in the following cases:

a. Damage to products and parts due to aging, wear and tear. These include, but are not limited to, strings, frets, pegs, cracked, dull or chipped paint, pick scratches, and worn plating on bags and cases.

b. Defects, malfunctions or other problems caused by negligence, improper maintenance or use, alteration, misuse, improper humidity or temperature;

c. Outside brand manufactured parts.

d. Any instrument that has been repaired or adjusted by someone other than a Journey Authorized Contractor.  

e. Tonal issues due to subjective taste.
f. Playability below factory standards.

 

3) Warranty is void in the following circumstances:

a. Using set strings other than light strings on steel string guitars.

b. Modification or removal of neck mounting bolts or parts without Journey's consent.

 

4) Repair or replacement procedures and policies:

a. The user shall contact the designated dealer from whom the product was purchased for the receipt of the new purchase.

Please present the warranty card and return the product for repair. Your Authorized Dealer will review the situation and coordinate transportation arrangements and Journey Designated Service Centers.

b. Products will be repaired or replaced at a Journey Designated Service Center. In the event that repair is required, the user must pay the designated dealer in advance for transportation and insurance (to and from the designated service center).

c. If Journey determines that the Limited Warranty does not apply, it may return the Product without repair or replacement. The transportation cost in that case will be borne by the user.

d. In the event of unexpected damage or loss of the product owned by the user due to theft, fire, or any other event while in Journey's custody, a new product of the same product or the closest product at that time. and Journey will have no further liability.

e. Journey will not be responsible for damage or loss of user-owned products in transit to or from a designated service center. The user shall be responsible for any transportation risks.

 

5) Journey's warranty obligations are limited to:
a. Repairs for defects in products or parts will be made with materials, tools and means available at the time of the claim.
b. The decision to repair or replace such products or parts must be made by Journey's Designated Repair Person.

c. If replacement is deemed necessary, the user's product will be replaced with the same product or the product with the closest specification and price at that time.

 

6) THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS SPECIALLY AND SOLELY PROVIDED BY JOURNEY AND IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Journey shall in no event be liable for direct or indirect, special or incidental or consequential damages, including loss of property, loss of person, production, sale, delivery, maintenance, repair or use of products and services. including, but not limited to, any loss of profits arising as a result of This limited warranty supersedes any conflicting or negative terms and conditions contained in any substantial other contract, purchase order or other document relating to Journey Products.
